Everything here has been designed for comfort and ease: • Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, coffee maker, and water kettle, basic spices. • The Basement has a workout area with Yoga Mats and weights, as well as an office desk and networked HP printer for your use Around the Home (Continued) • Living & Entertainment: o Two Smart TVs (living area + master bedroom) o Access to Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, and more o Alexa available in the kitchen and upper bedroom for music or news • Bedrooms: o Three bedrooms – all upstairs. Fresh linens and towels provided in each room. All three bedrooms have Queen beds o One bedroom overlooks the deck and has a great balcony. o All bedrooms have mini-split air conditioners/heaters for added comfort. If used, please make sure they are shut off when you leave. • Laundry: o Washer & dryer located on the first floor off the driveway entry. o Fresh linens and towels are provided in each room Outdoor Living • Patio for al fresco dining designed for gathering and relaxing • Barbecue grill • Firepit— perfect for evenings (extra firewood near the garage) • Covered Porch with beautiful Lake Muskegon Views • 2nd Floor balcony off of the Master Bedroom • Quiet outdoor dining area off rear entrance Garage & Extras There is an electronic keypad on the right hand side of the Garage Entrance that can be used to enter the Garage. In the Garage you will find: • Two bikes • Beach chairs along with some beach toys and floating devices • Spare propane tank • Storage space for your use during your stay Trash Pickup: Takes place early Monday Morning. Please place the trash bin at the curb on Clifford Street Sunday evening. Lakeview House at Lakeside is all about walkability, energy, & connection. Step outside and you’re immediately part of the Lakeside community!!
